The Living room is designed to impress - Elegant! Extra Large 75” TV with premium TV Channels + every streaming channels paid for (Hulu + Netflix + Peacock TV + Apple TV + Prime Video) Multi-Game Table for game lovers - Billiards, Push Hockey, Foosball, Ping Pong, and more. Pack & Play Baby Crib and Changing Station available upon request. Note: This is a back unit but completely separated from the second unit. And there is no shared space, you have all your privacy and patio/hot tub is all fenced in for you alone. Enjoy!

Other Details to Note

HOT TUB RULES: NO Pregnant women, children allowed in. Those with heart disease are not allowed in. ASK your doctor before getting in if you take medicines or have medical condition. Don’t get in tub if you have open sores or wounds, or cuts, or diarrhea. SHOWER off particles, oils, cosmetics, hair gels, etc…before getting in. CHECK the chemical strip and temperature (104 degrees or less) yourself. No drugs or alcohol use before or during usage. No pets, pee, or procreation allowed in the tub. Limit your soak to 15 minutes at a time. Keep your head, arms and upper chest out of the water to avoid overheating. Stay hydrated before getting into the hot tub. Get out if you feel dizzy, overheated, nauseous, or unwell. Place back the hot tub cover and close lid when you are finished. Do Not sit, lay or stand on the hot tub cover. Be careful when getting out so you don’t slip and fall. We are not liable for any burns from hot water or reactions to chemicals. Please ensure you are familiar with chemicals used with hot tubs and pools and do not have any reactions to them. We use chlorine, alkaline and PH balancers and other popular chemicals used strictly for pools and hot tubs to maintain the water quality of our tub. Thank you for reading !
