This space is in a quite neighborhood in the middle of every Cincinnati suburb. There is a private walking/hiking trail in the neighborhood that leads to beautiful lake (You do want to do this).

This is a complete basement of over 1200 sqft: Fully furnished Living room with comfy electric powered recliner sectional and large 75” smart TV with premium channels. Extremely fast Cincinnati Bells Fioptics 500 Mbps internet. Standard wet bar with full size side-by-side refrigerator, two face stove, portable 10 in 1 oven, microwave, kitchen island sinc and more. Large Bedroom with Queen bed and premium comforter & sheets. Big couch that can serve as extra bed and 50” smart TV with premium channels. Alarm clock and extra sheets for extra guests. Large enough closet in the bedroom for clothes, shoes, traveling boxes and Highly secure self-lock safe box. Bathroom with Jacuzzi jetted tub & shower head, big mirror, portable magnifying mirror, portable Bluetooth speaker, and basic bathroom amenities. Back Private patio for guests with beautiful wooded view and large play ground for kids. Community playground and pool is also right in front of the house. I am new to hosting, so please feel free to point out to me what I can do to improve your experience. My goal is to make this place as perfect as possible for guests. Your health & safety is most important to us at this critical time. For your safety, this space is sanitized after the departure of every guest and before check in of new guests. We also provide masks and hand sanitizer for your safety.
